Designed specifically for startups, MSMEs, and emerging entrepreneurs, the platform simplifies the process of establishing a structured and scalable HR department from the ground up. It leverages artificial intelligence to help organizations create, manage, and maintain essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, HR policies, employee handbooks, onboarding and offboarding workflows, leave and attendance policies, performance management frameworks, compliance documentation, and other critical HR processes. By automating repetitive administrative tasks and providing intelligent recommendations, the application improves operational efficiency, enhances compliance, and enables data-driven workforce decisions.
