Before founding the company in 2021, Abhishek Sharma spent years working across technology and startup ecosystems. A computer science engineer by qualification, he began his career with HCL Technologies, learning the discipline of systems and structure. He later joined two early-stage startups, helping them scale rapidly — one of which become a unicorn. Those years shaped his belief that every great company is powered by systems that think, communicate, and evolve intelligently.

Then came a defining phase during the COVID years, when Abhishek found himself diving deep into books on business, psychology, and spirituality. Reading became a catalyst — a turning point that inspired him to finally take action on his long-held dream of building something great.

The first year of One Six One was a test of endurance — no projects, constant rejections, and long days of uncertainty. But with resilience, and an unwavering belief in relationships and systems, he rebuilt — one step at a time.
