A certified Safety Management Specialist (SMS) from the BCSP, USA, and an ESG Impact Leader from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Dipil has a comprehensive background in ESG and safety consulting, delivering over 250 assignments, 2100+ training hours, 100+ audits, and extensive secondment support. His expertise spans multiple domains, including ESG Due Diligence (ESGDD), EHS Legal Reviews, Fire and Life Safety Assessments, and ESG report development in alignment with IFC/World Bank guidelines.
Dipil has advised more than 50 prominent organizations in India and globally across South Africa, Namibia, and Indonesia on sustainable safety and ESG projects. His areas of competence encompass sustainable safety systems, EHS management, safety transformation, ESG reporting, loss prevention, and safety leadership.
