Chirag Srivastava is a senior technology and business leader with deep experience across artificial intelligence–led transformation, global consulting, and large-scale operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at KocharTech, he drives growth, strategic client partnerships, and the delivery of scalable digital, AI and managed service solutions. Previously, Chirag built strong leadership credentials at Deloitte and Genpact. At Deloitte as Executive Director, he contributed to enterprise transformation programs by applying Conversational AI/GenAI/Agentic AI and other emerging AI capabilities to transform CX and Human Experience while being aligned with business strategy and governance. He is also a patent holder in Conversational AI for Hybrid Entity Extraction reflecting his thought leadership and innovation in advanced AI-driven language understanding systems. At Genpact, he led high-scale execution programs, leveraging AI, data analytics, and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and performance outcomes across global engagements.
