The Wharton Executive Education has inspired me to build organizations – AIM Elevate Ventures and EmergeAI Technologies Pvt Ltd, guided by a commitment to responsible technological innovation and meaningful social impact. Building these organizations has given me the opportunity to translate Wharton AMP 85 learnings into action and purpose into practice.
Recently, EmergeAI Technologies was featured on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square, New York, while AIM Elevate Ventures was showcased by the Wharton Alumnae Founders and Funders Association (WAFFA). The Er. Ira Agarwal Gold Medal has also been instituted at my engineering college to recognize excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and encourage future engineers to explore these fields.
AIM Elevate Ventures is currently working on a Community Health Awareness Initiative in collaboration with premier educational institutions, MBA students and Engineering Interns, connecting academic learning with community needs.
Completed Wharton’s Corporate Governance Online program, further strengthening the understanding of effective board oversight, accountability and responsible leadership. My second research paper, exploring Agentic AI in corporate governance, has been published in a Scopus-indexed journal ranked Q1, SCImago.
Wharton Executive Education also gave me the courage to follow my passion of writing alongside entrepreneurship. Publishing my books, “Quantum Hearts of Kailasha” and “Decoding the Algorithm of the Infinite” and becoming an Amazon Bestselling Author have brought me immense joy and a deep sense of personal fulfilment.
My heartfelt thanks to the Wharton faculty, coaches and my AMP 85 peers, and to our teams, mentors, collaborators and readers. I hope to honor what Wharton gave me by building responsibly, sharing generously and helping others find the confidence to pursue their own aspirations.
